Lunch in the White Lady restaurant

At Hindsgavl Slot, you can enjoy a nice lunch with a view of the castle park and the water of the Little Belt glistening between the trees. Just take a seat in our bright and modern restaurant the White Lady located in the side wing of the castle’s historic main building. When the weather permits, you can also be seated on the terrace and get an even better view of the castle park scenery.

The lunch menu consists of light and simple dishes with a classic style. The castle kitchen is known for is excellent food based on great ingredients many of which come from our kitchen garden; fresh, pickled, or preserved – depending on the season.

Please note: The restaurant is closed for lunch on the following dates: 12 and 13 June, 15 August, 11 September 2026.

*Exceptions may occur in addition to those mentioned above – for example when we are hosting large events. Therefore, we recommend table reservations.

Lunch is served Monday through Sunday at 12.00-16.00. The menu below is available from 16 March 2026.

Open sandwiches on rye bread

Fried fillet of fish with home-made relish, lemon, and dill
Free-range eggs, hand-peeled prawns, mayonnaise, trout roe, and chervil
Liver pâté made from Danish free-range pork with salted meat, aspic, red onion, and cress
