Lunch in the White Lady restaurant
At Hindsgavl Slot, you can enjoy a nice lunch with a view of the castle park and the water of the Little Belt glistening between the trees. Just take a seat in our bright and modern restaurant the White Lady located in the side wing of the castle’s historic main building. When the weather permits, you can also be seated on the terrace and get an even better view of the castle park scenery.
The lunch menu consists of light and simple dishes with a classic style. The castle kitchen is known for is excellent food based on great ingredients many of which come from our kitchen garden; fresh, pickled, or preserved – depending on the season.

The White Lady’s lunch menu
Lunch is served Monday through Sunday at 12.00-16.00. This current menu is available from 4 September.
Crispy lettuce with Faroese cold-smoked salmon
apple, celery, pickled mustard seeds, green chilli, dill, cucumber, fennel crudité, citrus dressing, and crispy croutons.

with tomato, mozzarella, marinated aubergine, parsley pesto, and red onion – served with a citric salad of rocket, frisée, parsley, and romaine lettuce.
